We ship to more than 150 countries. The exact shipping cost for your country is calculated in the checkout once you have entered your address, so you see the final amount before you pay.
Customs and duties
For most countries outside Switzerland, duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so nothing is charged on delivery. Where that is not the case, it is shown in the checkout before you complete your order.
Wrong address or a parcel that has not arrived
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. If your tracking has not moved for several days, write to info@finelli.ch with your order number and we will chase it for you.
