Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving your order to send items back to us. Returns are settled as an exchange or as a voucher code to the value of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return

Register your return in our returns portal first: start a return. Then send the parcel, together with a note showing your name and order number, to the address that applies to you:

You cover the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept parcels sent with postage due.

Processing

Once your parcel has reached us and been checked, we send out your exchange item or email your voucher code — usually within three to five working days of the parcel arriving.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us at info@finelli.ch straight away if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — before sending anything back. We handle these cases individually and cover the return shipping.
